Their not so good, but their from before I started training for IVs. The Machoke will evolve if traded and it's IVs will go up. The Dragonair will most likely be powerful when it evolves. Do you think we can work something out?

Jirachi won't have any great IVs. Can't check them at the moment but know it won't. Arceus should activate the event though. =P

Those are stats, not IVs. IVs are hidden values. Don't think we'll be able to work something out, sorry. =/
 
I don't have SS or HG yet so I can't say for absolutely sure it does but everyone that does have it has said TRU Arceus unlocks the event and that's what I have. =P

As for what I'd like, have any EV'd or great IV'd Poke.? Especially interested if they're shiny and is a Poke I don't have up for trade.

I have an EV'd Jolly Weavile. I'll find the spread soon.
