    Okay I got a notification and saw a new option, the New Reputation Comments one, I was wondering how does it work, and when was it added?
     
    It was added sometime last night where I live, since it wasn't there when I left.

    It just tells you when someone adds to or takes away from your reputation, is all. Some people asked for the feature.
