"at the garage. those rhinos are really good with machinery, but they won't do squat if they arn't paid" Double H said, hopping off the monster, and walking up to the rhino "we have a.. friend.. that is in trouble. she's robotic, so do you think you could help her?"

"we might be able to. let me see the damages, and I'll tell you how much it'll cost." the rhino said, wiht a slight smile..
 
"Great..." I heard David mumble as he pulled out a wallet, counting his money, "I can pay for some of it, but it all depends on how much it'll cost."
I hadn't yet looked at the injuried, but from what I could tell, I had a large scratch mark all the way through my stomach, and a little ways down my legs.
 
The rhino took a good look at it, before saying "let's see.. mostly superficial damage, won't take much, but the area that got peirced to the center is going to take a lot of equipment to repair" he said, turning to Double H. "I'd say about 4 pearls, if Jade's collected enough of course.

Double H looked at TALI for a moment, before recultantly getting out 4 large glowing blue pearls, and handing them to the rhino. "these guys only accept pearls. I say it's robbery, but when it comes to mechanics there's no one better" He said.

the rhino glansed over at David, and said "how about getting her down from your sea lizard so I can get her into the workshop?"
 
The rhino dissapeared into his workshop, and Double H finally lost that calm personality, and hopped on top of the sea monster, crying silently into his arms. The rhinos would be done in only a few minutes, so he had only that much time to let his emotions run without needing to worry about it.. he had decided that David wouldn't notice anyway..
 
<david. any more BS from you and I'll leave you here.> The sea serpent said with a growl, and to prove her point, she shifted so that she was farther from the dock. The rhino came back out carrying Tali, obviously she had been repaired. "she's going to have problems with balence and calculation for a while, but she'll be okay afterward" the rhino said.
 
Hoshi sighed and accidentaly drifted towards the shore to the point I could see it. I could also faintly smell death in the air. "Death?" I asked Hoshi.

"It means that what has been chasing me is near." said Hoshi uneasily.
 
David nodded, then went over to look at me. "You okay?" he asked as he crouched down to my height. I nodded, and tried to take a step, but stumbled forward, landing on my face.
"Yup... I could have balancing problems for some time now..." I said as I got my face out of the ground, "and what do you mean ill have calculation problems?"
 
"it means you will have problems thinking" The rhino said, as though he was pointing out the obvious, and he turned and walked away. The sea monster turned, and headed for the exit, her tail being the last chance to hop on. Double H had recovered, but the only audible thing that was heard was "I should have protected her..."
 
"let me guess. you want the sea serpent to take you two back to the forest, right?" Double H said. "Cause now that we're out of that place, we can drop you two off if you want"
 
"I'll come with you..." David said, grasping his Keyblade, "The Heartless are at work here, and it's my duty to stop them!"

I then spoke up, "If David is going, then I'm going too! Honestly, where else can I go? Besides, I like being around David!" In the corner of my eye I saw him blush slightly.
 
"Fine. I'm going to rescue Jade. I can only imagine what the DomZ are doing to her." Double H said calmly. The sea serpent whined for a moment, before setting off toward a nearby lighthouse. "I don't know if any of you care aobut her at all, but without her, the DomZ will take over the planet.." he finished.
 
Hoshi lifted her head to stare at a nearby lighthouse intently. I shrugged and wodnered what was so interesting abotu the lighthouse until I saw a sea serpant in the water near it.

"Want to make yourself known? you both seem like dragons or whatever of the water." I said. Hoshi swam a bit towards the lighthouse but was still partly hidden by the fog that now encased the area.
 
"great.. before you know it, Jade will have an entire host of villans to study.. she used to work for the DomZ, you know.." Double H said. Suddenly, the sea serpent stopped, sensing something else in the water. She gave out a low cry, as she searched for whatever had gotten her notice..
 
Hoshi blinked. had they noticed us? Well anything that could smell probably could anyway.. Hoshi moved away from the mainland and closer to the lighthouse as the smell of death got a bit worse. Hoshi decided that, friend or foe, a water serpant would be better then the big lizard. 'I ought to ask what that lizard is called.' I thought to myself.
