Finally got around to redeeming the two iTunes vouchers I got for Christmas and went on the prowl for new music. I've ended up with Within Temptation's The Heart of Everything and Alana Grace's Just One Word. I'm really surprised that Alana has put out a second album, considering that no-one I know has heard of her first one ;_; Still, I'm glad and the first few tracks are as awesome as ever, hurrah. :3 As for Within Temptation...well...they're Within Temptation, so they're awesome XD Can't say much else. :3
I also finished a 2,500 word essay this afternoon, which means I can finally go back to concentrating on my dissertation. It's definitely one of the worst I've written, but I'm glad to just get it out of the way @_@ It was one of those topics that just won't. die. Gnhgh.
But for now I am going to space out with my new music and re-read Crisis on Infinite Earths. Pariah, why your eyes got to be so empty and devoid of all hope? D':
