Where can I find japanese promos!?

I can't seem to find the dragonite promo 18/T anywhere! I found the set on ebay but I only want the dragonite and I keep coming up with the wb dragonite promo or the gb dragonite! If anyone knows of a good place to find cards or find this specific one please let me know! Thanks

eBay and Amazon are your best bets, unfortunately, unless you are fluent in Japanese and are willing to shop Japanese sites, of which I know none.
