3rd Gen Where can I find....

Where can I find a complete list of where to catch all the Pokemon in Emerald? I mean, I know it won't have the roaming Pokemon...

Ok, never mind...I found a website. But I do have another question now:
For alot of Pokemon it said "Safari Zone Expansion"...how do I do that and what does it mean?

The Safari Zone Expansion occurs after you defeat the Elite Four in Emerald. Two new areas open up that house quite a few Johto Pokemon that you cannot get in the other advanced games. Here is the list:
