Question: Where can I post a plot idea I have?

Hi,

I have some ideas for a plot and unique features, but I don't have the means and knowledge to actually develop a game.

Where can I post my ideas, so that game developers & scripters may have a look at them and decide if they want to give it a try or not?

I first thought about the Game Development section, but most people there post their own screenshots and such, so it somehow doesn't fit...

The Quick Storyline idea thread in ROM Hacking might be what you're looking for. However, I should warn you that nobody's going to be willing to do all the work for you. If you want to create your own game, you're going to have to do most of the work yourself.

It's not "doing the work for me". I will never take the credit. It's just like a plot bunny give away: to collect ideas and publish them for all to read and use.

But there is no section like that...

Fanfiction and Writing has the Plot Bunny Thread. It's not for games so much, but you can toss your plot ideas in there, I guess? Although it's more for developing ideas than giving them away...

Hm... ok I guess you can close this thread. I'll stop doubting myself and give it a try, maybe it will be finished in 3-4 years (I have to learn all about developing a game first xD).
