    lucky511, please don't double post. Feebas is found on Route 119 in the water, though it's found only on certain random tiles which change whenever the popular phrase in Dewford changes. Next time, please ask this kind of question in one of the [url-inline=forumdisplay.php?f=11]Pokemon Handheld Platform Games[/url-inline] forums, preferably in one of the Simple Questions threads. :)
