3rd Gen where do you get rayquaza?

it is on top of the Sky Tower. After defeating the elite 4, the sky tower will be open. It is east of Pacifilog i believe... (haven't been there for quite a while)

be sure to have the mach bike with you, as you'll need it to rush through the cracks on the floor. Also, prepare yourself for a tough battle against the lvl 70 Rayquaza.
 
word of advice:when it uses rest chuck ultraballs

You might wanna pack a few timer balls too! just incase the battle takes forever...it took me a half hour to catch the friggin thing! keeps restin and restin...x_X;

O.o I've beaten the E4 but still can't find the tower.... Is it north on the route or south?

don't use masterball... save that for the eon siblings... Rayquaza just stand there and doesn't run, while Latias/Latios will run the first thing they see you...

Can you help me on the hole thingies? I'm stuck on the second floor. I used the m bike to get throught the first 2 patches on the second floor but i'm stuck on the third...

please try not to double post (meaning making it your post multiple times in a row without someone else posting in between) Simply use edit to add in messages to your last post and ppl will come by to answer your questions.

It's hard to help as it's rather a skill thing. Even if we told you how to stop and when to stop, it's a completely different thing when you're actually doing it... perhpas www.gamefaqs.com will have several guides to help you on this matter
