    You get the VS SEEKER when you get back to Oreburgh City...and if this helps you...there is no thanking involved...I'm just here to help out.
     
    I forgot where, but when you see Dawn/Lucas at one point and they tell you to pick one of thier hands, choose the right hand. I forgot what you get but they say good choice and give you the vs seeker with it.
