I've gone to the department store and almost everywhere! I cannot find an item that restores PP. Where do you buy it?? I need it before I do the Elite Four! T__T

There isn't a place where you can buy PP-restoring items. Sorry. x_x

The best you can do is start growing several Leppa berries, which replenish 10PP each.

Victory Road

Ether - 10 PP of one move
Eterna Forest
Route 215
Route 220
Stark Mountain
