4th Gen Where is the new Sugimori art?

We've all seen his new artwork for Pokémon, but what about for trainers? I was hoping for Will to get some cool new artwork, but there is still nothing. If Bugsy is an indicator, than the artwork is just late. But... When will it be coming out? I know that the Gym Leaders are shown in American manuals, but I don't know about Japanese ones. Any help?

They come out October 1st in Japan.
