    Where do you find ditto in Emerald? I cant seem to find him at all!
     
    Can u tell me where thats located?
     
    In the Fossil Maniac's house, which is near Fallarbor Town.

    It only opens up once you've beaten the E4.
     
    Ditto is found in the Desert Underpass which is located in the Fossil Maniacs house AFTER you beat the Elite 4.
