Good morning. Im new to the trading card world. Myself and my nephew are getting into cards and he has started making youtube videos of doing openings. I was wondering if there are any legit sources where i could get him some older stuff from? It would be cool to have some packs that are a few years old for him to open any ideas?

If you are interested in watching his video look for Grinn :) on youtube. Always happy to get constructive advice

Unfortunately, there's no big retailer to buy older cards from and you're basically stuck using the following for buying (not necessarily in recommended order, as these are just the order they popped into my head):

    1. Whatever your local card shops get in.
    2. TCGPlayer.com
    3. Trollandtoad.com
    4. Cardmarket.eu if you're in Europe
    5. eBay or equivalent in your country.
    6. Craigslist or equivalent in your country.
    7. Facebook Marketplace or equivalent in your country.
    8. Assorted other e-retailers.

Issue is, due to Logan Paul starting an "investment" craze on recent cards, even sets from the last 5 years are expensive to buy packs for, let alone any sealed booster boxes or elite trainer boxes.
