Where to start thread?

Where do I start a thread on a Hack that I'm making?
I'm trying to find a place to put this because I need ideas on what to put into it. Any help would be appreciated.

No. Don't go there, the Drawing board is not for hacks, it's for games.
If you have any questions on hacking, go here, and if you're just starting out go here :)
