Which anime is best?

Full metal alchemist, that is the best one I have seen so far. It has a super story very nice grafics, super cool music(the jap version then :P) and is very funny sometimes.

I really sugest you take a look at a trailer or something :). Other than that, Gundam Wing is cool.
