better quality/more appealing/more professional. That sort of thing.

I'd have to say the first one...but I don't really like either. o.x; I don't like the blending, at all, on the top one and the second one has text that's not visible. If you could outline the text in the bottom, it might be pretty darn cool tho.

Frist. The 2nd one is messy to me. *Well to me it is.* The first one is clear and you can see the backround and it has a nice text.^^

I think that the second one could definitely use a border and better text effects~ I think the first one, though, could use a better background. One that doesn't seem so realistic with the anime images, I guess o.x All in all, I'd say the first one is better, though. I think the second one would look really good with some smudging and similar effects.

ok, thanks guys. this is mostly what i expected. i did make the first one. The guy who made the second one said he made it because mine wasn't good enough...

When he posted it i honestly thought it was a joke...because i see that banner as a screenshot from 300 with random doodles and some invisible red text...no border...no effects..no shading, terrible blending...and i don't know *what* made the right side look as utterly terrible as it does..

When it was clear to me that he wasn't joking and that he actually thought it was better, i actually pityed him, not to mention felt guilty for assuming it was a joke, naturally.
