Charmander; None of the other starters even approach the original
 
Torchic, I love all his evolutions. Torchic looks good, Combusken looks a bit stronger and Blaziken looks like he's going to rip your face off:

I'd have to say that Torchic is my favorite because of Blaziken, that is the only fire pokemon i know that i take over Swampert. No other fire pokemon because i'm a water/ice loving kind of guy.
 
Charmander and Cyndaquil. My username is the short of that. If i must choose one it would be cyndaquil since Quilava>Chameleon IMO, and the first and last evo equal
 
Chimchar definitely comes first.

Then Charmander, Cyndaquil, and Torchic (in that order).
 
Charmander all the way. The original starters have been my favorite out of all the starters, and Charmander is no exception.
 
I like Charmander the most, but I like Typhlosion more than the other final evos of the fire starters.
 
The Torchic line is the best for me. Torchic was my first starter ever, and for me it's the most original. Cyndaquil line copied Charmander line and phailed, and Chimchar line copied the Torchic line and phailed as well. (Note that by "copied" I mean stats and moves, not looks. Gotta give credit to Cyndaquil and Chimchar -- a fire hedgehog and a fire monkey is fairly original)

I still love all of the Fire starters, don't get me wrong. I am, however, a Blaziken fan. It's just so cool. :3 The Charmander line come close (I love the Dragon-like side of it), but Blaziken infinitely surpasses them, especially stat-distribution-wise.

And with DP, Blaziken has gotten ten times better (though so has Charizard). Typhlosion still sucks, and Goukazaru, well, I'll give it credit -- it does learn Calm Mind and Solarbeam, so it's not a complete copy of Blaziken, as it can CM and Sunnybeam effectively, and so I definitely plan on using it. ;D
