2nd Gen Which Ice move on Seadra?

Hi!

I'm brand new here, and currently playing my Silver cartridge again for the heck of it. Unfortunately I can't trade with anyone else, so I can't access that nice TM13 in RBY.

So, Icy Wind or Aurora Beam for seadra? It also depends a bit on whether I want Agility in there. All I have so far is Surf

If anyone has a moveset they'd like to suggest, feel free

You should go to the Strategies and movesets section with this request, and post it in the thread "Request a Team/ Individual Moveset THread" near the top.

I will give you a quick tip though: If you want something with more power, get 80,000 coins, beat the Elite Four, and then teach Seadra Ice Beam thru the move tutor near the game corner.
