Which Ice Pokemon is the best to build a team around?

    I want 2 or 3 Ice Pokemon on my team, and i want to Hail/Blizzard combo. What Ice Pokemon and movesets are good for this type of team? The Ice Pokemon I build around doesn't have to be the one with Hail or Blizzard either...Suggestions?
