LOL you guys say nothing can beat Rayquaza,Jirachi or Groudon? Well you're all wrong Milotic can easily beat any of them oh I forgot to mention one thing Legends SUCK! That's only my opinion don't forget that but in my opinion Legends are for people who are too lazy to train pokemon I know many pokemon that can beat any Legend easily Milotic is one of them. The best pokemon ever in my opinion is Milotic. But the best Legend I'll go with Ho-oh :D.

I prefer my Kyogre with HP:350 SP>ATK349 SP>Def 403 with; ice beam, thunder, water spout and surf

There is a game of Ho-oh (gold), Lugia (silver), Suicune (crystal), Groudon (ruby) and Kyogre (sapphire) too. Rayquaza is not the only one who has his own game.
