japanese... would love it if the opening and closing where japanese but the show dubbed in english... or at least have the openings as they are but dubbed.
 
I grew up on the original season 1 English intro. It's just...So awsome! I love it

So thats why I chose English.
Also, I do like most of the other english intros :P

On another note, does anybody know who actually sang the original in english? I'd really like to know :)
 
I love English openings 1-5, because they were great then (season 1's op is my favorite), I also kind of like the Battle Fronteir theme song, but none of the others.

I also love all of the Japanese openings, every one, but my favorite would have to be the second Battle Fronteir op "Spurt!" my motto is "you don't have to understand them to like them.", in fact, most of my favorite songs are in Japanese.

The Mexican opening actually have REAL lyrics. PUSA disgraces the Japanese openings with their openings and Mexico turns them to magic.

If by Mexican you mean Latin Spanish then yeah it does make it look like magic specially th Johto theme songs
 
I liked the English openings up til the ones for Hoenn, they were okay but ehh.
The second English opening is my absolute favorite <3

I haven't heard much of the Japanese ones, nor the other languages so I can't really say for them.
 
I'm really used to the dub themes, and I find the 4Kids one's catchy.

However.. the Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Italian themes are probably my favorite.
Some of the chinese/korean openings are the same as the Japanese versions, but not all of them. Some of them are original, and I like them alot. Same with the italian themes.. definately different than the asian songs, but at least they don't use the 4Kids themes. = =;

Most of the other languages (most, not all..) use the 4Kids theme songs.
