Any move that has to recharge is fail. Spacial Rend ftw! I tell this to any random kid who asks me this question, it's quite obvious D:

You can use Roar of Time to inflict 150 damage and risk being damaged in return, or take the opportunity to use Spacial Rend twice for 200 damage, plus a higher chance to score critical hits. The choice here is quite obvious.

like everyone says moves that have to charge suck. it takes one turn to recharge so basicaly your only doing half the damage.

Special Rend because It has a higher chance of critical hit plus no recharge, Roar of Time has to recharge even though it's only 50 stronger than Special Rend
