Just read the title. I am not sure which nature a Milotic should have. I need it for my team.

I think the standard nature is Bold, so I would go with that

Milotic is a lot like Blissey... a great Special Wall in and of itself, but give its Defense some TLC, and it can take quite a beating before going down. So go with Bold, and make sure to put at least 200 EVs into Defense (if not max it out), and maybe around 84-92 into HP. This way, your Milotic will become a fantastic dual Wall, and be able to pack a helluva punch while doing the job.

But while you breed, be sure you breed Hypnosis onto her. Trust me, it's worth it.

And how do you breed Hypnosis on it?

Just a small correction. Due to the introduction of the Life Orb, Milotic's walling capabilities have been severly lowered which is why a Restalk Milotic with full HP and Defense has become standard. The Restalk set was better in Advance, but in D/P it's a must-have for Milotic to survive. However, if the Milotic is strictly for in-game, then the Hypnosis set is better. Just thought I'd mention that.

    Natures, eh?

Bold's best fer me! but if u likes teaching physical moves like aqua jet, aqua tail, go w/ Bashful, Docile, Quirky, or Serious.
