which nature?

    I've just started a new save on my Emerald and I've desided to start of with torchic. I've desided the future MS for him, but I'm not sure which nature:

    Blaziken**Scorch@Salac berry
    Nature:???
    EV's:???
    MS:
    Bulk up
    sky uppercut
    slash
    flamethrower

    I'm trying not to use many TM, but I'll have to buy the TM for flamethrower in order for him to learn all those moves.
    The only nature I can think of, that will work for him, is Jolly.
    And, the only good EV spread I can think of is:
    Att 129
    Sp. Att 129
    Speed 252
     
    Blaziken (M) @ Salac Berry
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    -Endure/Substitute
    -Reversal
    -Flamethrower
    -Swords Dance/Sky Uppercut

    That's just if you're using salac berry.


    Blaziken (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    -Rock Slide
    -Sky Uppercut
    -Flamethrower/Fire Blast

    And another one:

    Blaziken (M) @ Choice Band
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    -Rock Slide
    -Flamethrower/Fire Blast/Overheat
    -Sky Uppercut
    -Earthquake


    EVs should be divisble by 4 btw.

    It's best if you just breed a new Blaziken by the time the game is beaten. Unless you're not planning on using Torchic for most of the game, ev training throughout the game is very difficult to do. Since it's Emerald, there's going to be Ditto later on and a man at Battle Frontier who gives a *vague* idea on what your iv's are.

    Blaziken (M) @ Leftovers ** Bruce Lee
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Swords Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide
    - Overheat/Flamethrower/Fire Blast
