I'm not gonna lie. When my Yellow version crashed and I lost him... I actually cried. I passed him around for years and years. He went through all the earlier generations with me. I traded him from I think it was Gold to Yellow so I could use him to beat the Elite Four... and Yellow crashed shortly after. I lost him and my Pikachu and all my Pokemon on Yellow. I didn't even care about the other Pokemon. I missed my Raichu. ;-;
As for realistic as in they're like a real animal; I'd have to say Magikarp. xD He reminds me of a goldfish; entertaining to watch. You grow an emotional attachment. But, he doesn't really do anything!
And Growlithe and Arcanine kind of remind me of guard dogs. >>
Probably Odoshishi (Stantler). At least until it uses Psychic. But it just feels more real. It looks just like a deer/moose or whatever mammalian creature it's supposed to be.
If you ask that question, I would say from my knowledge of how pokemon is created, all pokemon feels real to me, because they are just an alteration of creatures from the world that we live in.
I some how always get attached to the Pokemon I normally use in my team. Even more since there are personalities.
So I like most of my Pokemon in pearl. Especially:
Lisyan my Chimecho, Moody my crobat, Giovanni my Palkia, Kuu my Emploeon and Jessie my Blissey.
Well realistic...I think Pidgey, Rattata and caterpie loon realistic. So does Growlithe.
