Which Pokémon was discontinued from the main anime?

Which kinds of Pokémon do you think that OLM, Inc. have discontinued from the main anime? Why?

Erm...well, technically none of them, because they're free to use any Pokemon they like. There are plenty that have only appeared in a single episode - Porygon being the most infamous - and plenty of others that haven't appeared very often, but I wouldn't say they've been "discontinued" or anything of the sort. There are just too many Pokemon for them to all feature prominently or even regularly.

I do agree. There's so many at this point, it's impossible to give them all screentime.
