I had to stop and think for a second...

"Shuckle?? What the heck is that!?"

I remember now but a Pokemon that slips my memory as easy as Shuckle has deserves an evolution to hype it up or something. Didn't vote for it though... I voted Pinsir.
 
Kangaskhan should have the little baby in the pouch as a Preevolution. It never made sense why it wasn't in the original baby Pokemon group.
 
I think they should make an evolution for Kecleon, it needs to get tougher, to have around as a team in my party.
 
Shuckle and Banette. Shuckle because it's a cool Pokémon with a lot of potential if it wasn't for that horrible HP and Banette because if Dusclops got one, why shouldn't Banette? Dusclops has always been more commonly used so why did they have to give it an evolution and leave Banette unevolved?
Shuckle.. if a lot of people use those for their wall in competitive battling now (i think), imagine what the evolution will do. =)

I think Tauros deserves one, too. Maybe Ash's in the anime could evolve then.

Since when have a lot of people used Shuckle? Its abysmal HP makes it useless as a wall, which is why no one uses it. As for Tauros, it's been an amazing sweeper since R/B/Y and it still is today so why the heck would it need an evolution?

Umm...there are still a few Pokemon which need evolutions. Although...that could ruin our image of them.

Pinsir definetly needs one
Tauros does as well
Farfetch'd should get one
Shuckle would like one
Milktank could use a male alternative
Stanler and Girafarig could have something done
Kecleon could use one
Luvdic and Spinda definetly need one

While on the subject of standalone's which need evolutions
Chatot definetly needs one
Pachirisu needs one
Carnavine could use one
I think Pinsir needs one the most.

I agree, most of those ones DO need an evolution, Pachirisu probably will get a baby form in 5th gen, since he IS the new pikachu, they will likely follow suit therein.

Already does, Miltank, and Tauros are paired up, as they are both cows. Tauros being male, and Miltank being female, if you breed them, your egg is 50/50 on being either. But a genderless preevo, and an evo for both would be cool.
 
Out of those options, I would take a Tauros Pre-Evolution - one that could evolve into either Tauros or Miltank.

As a whole though, I think Nintendo needs to calm down with the evolutions and come up with different original Pokemon.
 
I think quilfish needs one. Other than that, none of them. Pinsir is cool cuz hes strong without evolving. So is tauros. They already ruined alot of the pokemon that were cool cuz they didn't evolve by giving them evolutions.
 
i think all of the eveelutions need to have evolutions

i think that Jinx needs to evolve too

A pinsir Evo would be cool, not really necessary, but cool.
it could like a minotaur or Centaur. or he could get pre and evo.

Minitauros (a lil minotaur)
Centauros (a centaur with three tails)
 
They should do what everyone has been thinking in the days of pre-GSC
make herracross the evo for pinsir
 
I just thought of one pokemon which needs one very badly:
Dunsparce. Like Luvdisk, it is completely useless as a Pokemon. It needs one.

You can get a Milktank from a Tauros egg? If thats true then I definetly need to get one in the Safari Zone. It's the only pokemon I need there.
 
Well if tauros evolves, then miltank evolves. I know its not necessary, but do you see my point?
 
I think it would be cool to see a Tauros or Heracross evolution.

Pachirisu needs one as well. There aren't too many decent electric types other than Electivire and Jolteon.
 
Eevee needs an Evolution of every type

Ideas for every type of Eevee:

Vaporeon (Water)
Jolteon (Electric)
Flareon (Fire)
Espeon (Psychic)
Umbreon (Dark)
Leafeon (Grass)
Glaceon (Ice)


And for some new (possible) Eevees:

Drageon (Dragon)
Steeleon (Steel)
Pesteon (Bug)
Eartheon (Ground)
Soreon (Flying(soring through the sky :D))
Toxeon (Posion)
Illuseon (Ghost(Reminds me of Ghosts because ghosts are illusive))
Boldeon (Rock)
Fighteon (Fighting(:D))
Shadeon (Shadow(I really wish they'd add Shadow type Pokémon in a new game instead of just XD))
Shineon (Light(Possibly a new type??!(not likely)))

Pinsir needs and evolution
Heracross needs an evolution
Spinda needs one definitely (It's too weak to even care about as it already is)
Shuckle needs one for sure
Jynx needs one because she was part of the ElectaMagmaJynx trio and she was the only one who didn't get one :(
