    Slakings base attack is 160 actually.... Groundon and `Quaza have 150.

    Attack Deoxys has 180... so I think it wins if you`re going by base stats xP

    I agree with Shining Mew. Attack Deoxys does have the most powerful attack stat (if you mean Base Attack). Plus, it's supposed to be like that. Hence 'Attack Deoxys'.

    Yeah the name/mode attck Deoxys kinda gives it away lol.Also probably Rayquaza or Mew.Of course they have to be legendaries.lol.

    True. Until Nintendo decides otherwise, the Pokemon with the most powerful attack stat (base or maxed) will be a legendary. Hope Diamond & Pearl change that.

    Yeah, but it's nice to hope huh? For once it'd be nice to have a normal Pokemon with the highest base attack stat.

    Yeah i would be!I hate how unlikely it is though.Not everything has to be wanted badly has to be super powerful -.-;
    My hopes are still alive though!

    Yeah, that's so true. YuGiOh! is like that, why can't Pokemon? What type would you like to see with high attack?

    Probably an unlikel type.They always go with what people like, how about something different.Probably a rock or grass type.

    I'd sat grass would be a good choice. How about you?

    no that's actually not that great of an idea, as grass is a special type. it could learn normal attacks, but it wouldn't get STAB. i think steel should have the highest attack.

    STAB= same type attack bonus

    if gryados uses hydro pump, it does 150 base instead of 100
    if dragonite uses hydropump, it does 100 base.

    It basically gives type specific pokemon a fighting chance agains pokemon like dragonite who can learn 4 different types if he chooses...

    Still, i like my rattata with blizzard and thunder....

    EDIT: I dont remember now... is hydro pump 100 base or 120?
