I'd drop one of Forretress' hazards in favor of Earthquake or Gyro Ball. It's massive setup bait right now and the only thing significant thing it can do besides hazard stacking and Rapid Spinning is Volt Switching out.

Espeon is supposed to take advantage of its high Speed. Outside of Baton Pass teams, it's best off using Dual Screens. Its HP is too low to use Wish effectively:
    -Reflect
    -Light Screen
    -Psychic/Psyshock
    -Hidden Power (Fire)/Baton Pass
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Light Clay
    Ability: Magic Bounce

Vaporeon and Sylveon are better Wish Passers than Espeon because of their high HP:

    Vaporeon:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Scald
    -Ice Beam/Toxic/Roar
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Water Absorb

    Sylveon:
    -Wish
    -Protect
-Moonblast/Hyper Voice (latter to be used with Pixilate, former if you can't use Poke Transfer)
    -Shadow Ball/Hidden Power (Fire)/Heal Bell
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers

Kangaskhanite is banned from OU. Make do with something else, like Mega Lucario or Charizard X:

    Mega Lucario:
    -Swords Dance
    -Close Combat
    -Extreme Speed/Bullet Punch
    -Crunch/Ice Punch
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Lucarionite

    or
    -Nasty Plot
    -Aura Sphere
    -Flash Cannon
    -Dark Pulse/Vacuum Wave
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Lucarionite
    Ability: Steadfast/Inner Focus

    Charizard X:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Flare Blitz
    -Dragon Claw/Outrage
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Charizardite X
    Ability: Blaze

Wash Rotom is fine on the team because it helps deal with Talonflame. It's its set that's the problem. Hex isn't worth using because of its low base power and is totally dependent on the opponent being statused.:
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Pain Split/Rest
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Chesto Berry

    or
    -Volt Switch
    -Hydro Pump
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Pain Split/Hidden Power (Ice)
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 232 HP/56 SAtk/220 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    Thanks again platinum! :D
