which starter is strongest?

I like Mudkip because it's so cute and Charmander.

Now Blastoise can't really use Hydro Pump if the enemy is within a metre of him as he cannot aim it in the right angle.

The hiding in the shell is a bad idea, what if a Caterpie crawls in there.

Bite? Realistically Blastoise has the weakest bite ever, he only has four little baby teeth.

Blastoise is strong but there's so many faults with your points. You said not to base it on stats and I didn't and if we did Blastoise wouldn't even come close, what's the point in having fairly average or low base stats for everything. His defense are alright but it just doesn't make up for his low attack, S.attack and speed

Charizard is the best because he could just fly away while the rest of them fight and then who ever is left would be tired and a little flamethrower and then there all dead

and grass types could use vine whip to strangle the others.
fire types would wait till a water types shot water and use fireblast to boil someone in it.
water types would drown everyone with surf.
