4th Gen Which Starter

    Um I just re-started my Pearl game and the reason iz because I didnt like the starter. I chose Chimchar& I wasnt getting anywhere in the game.

    So

    I want to know which starter is really good and waz wondering which one of the 2 should I pick
    Either Turtwig or Piplup?

    I need an experts advice plz.
     
    I'd go with Turtwig, it does well against both starters, and it learns Earthquake... =P

    All can handle the other starters.
    Ape- Close Combat in the penguin and fire attack in the forest.
    Ice Cream- Water attack on the monkey, Ice attack in the dinosaur.

    i also found i had that problem with my chimchar in diamond so i started again with Turtwig and have progressed through the game much more quickly and easily so i would recomend him.
