Which unevolved Electric Rodent is stronger?

Sense the question is "Which unevolved Electric Rodent is stronger?", I would have to say Plusle. If the question was "Which unevolved Electric Rodent is tougher?", then it would be Minun. Also they really should have kept the Light Ball for the whole Pikachu family and not just Pikachu.

Okay, I'll sound stupid; but, what's the different between being stronger and tougher? lols :P

stronger: Power, Strength or in this case Attack/SP.Attack.
tougher: Guard, Durable or in this case Defense/SP.Defense.

What's up with people saying Plusle is exactly the same as Minun, but it has higher defenses. Go check their base stats and you'll see Plusle has higher attack stats than Minun. Why would Nintendo make two Pokémon that are exactly the same except one of them has better stats anyway?

For the sake of arguement it would have to be Plusle, that thing is powerful when trained right my Level 81 for example completley wiped out my friends team in one move per pokemon.

I would think Plusle/Minun would be tougher than Pichu. O.< Doesn't Pichu have some move or ability or whatever that causes it to shock itself in battle? o_o I know it does that in SSBM, it's so annoying. XDD

Wow, your friend must suck really badly. Plusle may be the strongest of all of electric mice, but it's still the second worst Electric type in the game (the worst one being Minun). All it takes is one Ground-type or special wall like Snorlax to shut it down.

Anyways, my vote goes to Light Ball Pikachu. It's great fun, even though it needs a lot of support in order to sweep.

Ahh well, I see.. So I guess it's actually a balance between these two rodents? One is higher in attacks, and the other is higher in defense... hmmmmms.
