I have to admit that's one of my better drawings.Heh,it took me 3 days to finish it.I triued to make them chibi but winded up making them get bigger until only Whitney came out normal size.^^;

No, you got it all wrong. I think Whitney WOULD have a brother if she could have any siblings. But besides her uncle Milton, no other family of Whitney can be confirmed unless PokeSpecial has some inside info.
btw, I drew like a thousand pics of Whitney today, I even included her in a quick drawing of a Gymleader band similar to the one on Pokesho with the coordinators. I'll scan my drawings sometime.
