    I haven't watched all the series yet so I don't know much

    (Guess) if it were a team of 6 including pikachu, then probably (Pikachu, Melmetal, Charizard, Dragonite, Greninja, Sceptile?)

    Charizard
    Noctowl (just to please shiny hunters)
    Infernape
    Greninja
    Incineroar*
    pikachu

    Honestly, I would put his Infernape among his strongest Pokemon. Maybe not his strongest of all time, but easily a top 5. It went on an absolute tear in the later episodes of the DP series. And it won against very good competition.

    Sceptile also deserves a place in the top 5. Especially after beating Tobias' Darkrai, in arguably the most BS battle of the anime's history.
     
    As of now?
    Either SM Pikachu (with all his feats) or Ash-Greninja. I'd personally pick the latter.
