who do i use the masterball on?

Im now on battle 10 with my GC Pok?mon.Can i beat it with Espeon 87,Tyranitar 74,Metagross 51 and 3 lvl 70?
I have all Pok?mon snagged,so the Masterball is a kind of trophy.

Can you use Ho-oh in Story Mode?
 
I'd rather use your masterball to catch your favourite pokemon (if you havent) because it will make it special somehow? :knockedou
