I skip them. I find it a waste of time. Honestly, it's the same thing every time. You must not steal this program, you must not host inappropriate material on your website, you must be so many years old, or if you don't read this you'll soul will be become property of DefinitelyTrustworthyCompany Incorporated.

Life is too short to read EULAs, policies, terms of services...

No, too long. Well, When I'm trying to register on a freebie site, I open the tos and read which residents and what age is allowed but unfortunately I found no site with worldwide on it.

I honestly never read them. It's pretty much everything thats from the manual, and I skim through the manual whenever I have the chance.
