Latias. Latios has a better attack stat which is useless to them x.x Def is more important to em. And what the guy above me said.

(Exclusive)Movepool:
Latias.- Wish, Water Sport, Mist Ball, Charm

*Both can learn the same TMs/HMs.
You can say Latias is the defensive Eon while Latios is the offensive one. Because of this, most players go with Latios.

I like defensive pokemon, so latias is an easy choice for me.

I technical terms they are pretty much equal. Just some minor changes in stats.
My personal Preference is Latios though because of Luster Purge.

Latias gets Wish so coolness points for that. <3 I also like red more than blue and I'm generally a defensive player so Latias for me.

Latias has Better defence so i like him. I like defending better! I got so high-defenders like arrgon, they are cool! If you use a attack that get your attack higher 3 times, arrgon would be sooo strong!
