Who is in your elite 4 championship team

This thread is simple. I would like to know who u used to beat the elite 4 also what moves did u use also what strategy worked for u. If this is too much for u u can just put ur team lol

I beat the entire Sapphire elite 4 with only a Ninjask on my first try. Very easy. Not Ev or Iv trained, even. The elite 4 is always too easy.

Going through the Elite 4 on Ruby was simple with my trusty Gardevoir and Blaziken Duo.
As for Diamond a friend traded some Pokemon over from their game so i could beat E4 quicker they were:

Infernape
Empoleon
Torterra
Metagross
and Luxray
Staraptor

E4 was defeated in a matter of minutes.

Clean sweep with Lv90-100 Rayquaza. Like said, the R/S/E E4 is the easiest one there is.
