Ummm Zapdos I think.
It can beat both Moltres and Articuno.
Articuno can beat it but it is normal against moltres and moltres can beat Articuno but is normal against Zapdos.
What pokemon is the baloon pokemon which is part blue? Another hint is it's shiny pokemon is pinky/purpleish.

It was actually Qwilfish. Drifllons shiny form is yellow and it's normal form has no blue on it. Qwilfish is also a baloon pokemon :\
 
From what I know that would be Latios.

A pokemon that when in a pinch, he/she can crush giant rocks and boulders with a blast of it's own water gun (Torrent) and uses fins to sense surroundings.
 
i'm guessing that the answer is in the mudkip-to-swampert evolution line.
