Er, the answer was Pidgey. I didn't like the question either.
Ash caught this Pokemon in a sewers and, if I'm not mistaken, fought a Magneton with it.

Electrike? I dunno why I guessed that, but it's the first thing that popped into my head... it's so wrong anyway. But It was just a guess

It has a mustash, it controles three small units called 'Mini-noses', also, many people dislike it. It has a giant red nose.

It is a green pokemon with spikes on it's tail, it can smash through mountains and was brought into pokemon from the Johto region.

Answer was Magnezone, which has a Japanese name of JIBACOIL. Jibacoil is a much cooler name than Magenzone, imho.

This Pokemon evolves into both a gulper eel and a pipefish o_o

Now this Pokémon looks like a buffed up humanoid creature with characteristics of a duck and salamander

MAGMORTAR that was easy ^^

Unlike this pokemons pre-evolution cousins, it has powerful wings that can allow it to fly at blinding speeds.
