Here's mine:

This Pokemon is rather weak at first, but after evolution, it is considered one of the most powerful sweepers in the game. Name the Pokemon and the evolution.

(Hint: Males have gold feelers, females have white ones)
 
It was burmy. Burmy changes form depending on where you last battled with it, but once it evolves it can no longer change its appearance.

As for the answer to your question: Magikarp --> Gyarados

This pokemon's mournful cry always echos.

Mr. Person...you seriously need to stop making really hard questions. I'm gonna guess Kirlia but I know I'm wrong.

Here's mine:
This Pokemon has the highest total stats of a non-legendary Pokemon, which makes it a decent sweeper/tank.

Hint: It moves, then it doesn't move, then it moves again.
 
The hint made it too easy, it's slaking.
As for my question, it was either mamoswine or yanmega.

This pokemon can learn tri attack although it has no relevence to the number three.

The Porygon line can learn Tri Attack.
Smeargle can learn Tri Attack.

My turn:
This is the only Pokemon whose next evolved form you cannot control.
 
Porygon was correct, but I never thought of smeargle, I guess that works as well. I was originally thinking of porygon and doduo.
As for the question I don't know. It's either a pokemon that evolves by trade, or nidoran, I think.

This pokemon is tied with slaking for the second highest attack stat of any non-legendary.

Rampardos has more attack than slaking, the answer was actually marowak while holding the item thick club. Slaking has base 160 attack, while rampardos has 165. Marowak has 80, and while he is holding thick club, it is doubled to 160, the same as slaking.

As for the question, I'm guessing crobat or gliscor.

This pokemon can turn into water. (but it can't in the video games)

The answer to your question is Vaporeon!!!

This pokemon looks like a jet when it folds up it's body and extends it's wings. Good luck with this one everyone!
