    I just got so curious about it. It's not Perdition Haze, and obviously not Hikari10. Who is it?
     
    Although his UID isn't 1, I believe it was Master Kewsi Nkromah. He's the founder of PokéCommunity.
     
    He deleted his account out of frustration over something once. (Some staff drama... it was YEARS ago so I don't remember the reason now.) He had to rejoin because of that so he ended up with a higher userid.
     
    Master Kewsi Nkromah is the founder, and the one with the lowest UID is Rukario, if I'm not mistaken.
