Uhh.. tough one. I have quite a few..

Ed and Al Elric, Roy Mustang, Maes Hughes, Winry Rockebell, Envy and Wrath (don't ask..) - Fullmetal Alchemist
Dark Mousy, Daisuke Niwa, Satoshi Hiwatari, Risa Harada, Argentine - DNAngel
Sasuke and Naruto - Naruto
Yamato, Taichi, Daisuke and Ken - Digimon
Yuki, Kyo, Momiji, Hatsuharu, and Shigure Sohma, Tohru Honda - Fruits Basket
Kai Hiwatari, Rei Kon, Max Mizuhara, Brooklyn - Beyblade
Ichimura Tetsunosuke, Oukita Souji, Suzu - Peace Maker Kurogane
Drew and Gary - Pokemon
Inuyasha, Sesshoumaru, Kikyo, Sango - Inuyasha
Those are a few off the top of my head.. Dunno if there are any more that I really care about >___<

Hmm, that statement sorta sounds a bit silly doesn't it... "Main stream anime".

I'm all about Kusanagi Motoko from the Ghost in the Shell movie/series and Jubei from the Ninja Scroll series. Now those are some hardcore mamajama's. *nods with confidence* Take that Satoshi and Inuyasha!

Naruto-Tie between Sasuke and Naruto
Magic Knight Rayearth-Tie between Hikaru and Fuu
Ramma 1/2-Tie between Ranma(male) and Akane Tendo
Fullmetal Alchemist-Edward Elric

As you can see I pick one or two in my current anime I am into now. I also like the other characters, but these guys are the best. ^^

Edit: I had to add Akito, he rocks as well. =D And Kagome too.

My newest favourate anime character is Tsubasa from super kickers 2006, he is a nice football player:)
