My favourites are Gyrados and Kingdra becuase they're both Dragons as well =)
 
Mudkip, Gyarados, Marshtomp, Swampert are my favorites
 
There are soooo many Water pokés and I love so many of them....

Vaporeon
Matine
Dewgong
Seaking
Qwilfish
Corsola
Octillery
Lanturn
and others, I'm sure...
 
Lapras is the single best Water (and Ice) type Pokemon of all time! The only others that come a little bit close are Buizel, Floatzel, Vaporeon, and Slowbro.
