4th Gen who should i keep my master ball for?

just trade for one make a thread in the trade forum and offer some goodies like electrizer or up grade or left overs you well get alot that way or as said before clone clone clone
 
I just clone it in Emerald then import a pokemon holding it, so I have 5 now. I'll use them on event pokemon and shinys.
