    Hmmm, it's alright, i mean the picture has some color in it, but it is still lacking that Pokémon protential.
    I think that attack its a bit overpowered: placing 20 damage counters on each Pokémon-ex in play, thats 20 damage counters on your Pokémon-ex aswell.
    I Blank is nice btw, very smooth. 5 Retreat Cost!?!
     
    The blank is Majin x24's work and it is used very well! I like this Pokémon car for the cool effects on it... Although the comment I've been making to the art also applies here...
