wtf? how does Blissey outspeed Jolly Dugtrio? And since when does it do that low damage? it should have been at least in the yellow or red.

It's raised to level 100 on wi-fi, and i didn't check it, so I can't do it. But I know that Blissey will never outspeed dugtrio. And i'm not motiavated to battle a hacker, I wouldn't battle them at all.

Still, I don't see a Blissey ourspeeding a Jolly dugtrio anyday, Even with EV's.

A Dugtrio's minimum speed is 220 with 0 IVs, 0 EVs, and a unfavorable nature. Blissey's maximum speed is 229 with 31 IVs, 252 EVs, and a favorable nature. Notice the difference? Since Itachi Uchiha's Dugtrio is Jolly, it's minimum speed is 269 which outruns any Blissey.

Where did you get that Blissey? I bet it was from the GTS.

Gts, maybe? Get rid of that Blissey. check your pokemon's stats, if they are hacked get rid of it. Edit: ok, mithos, right after sims.
