3rd Gen who wher the elite four in emerald

the same as RS only Wallace was the champion instead of Steven
 
Yeah Im in Victory Road right now with my lvl 47 Peliper and my lvl 65 Swampert, which Ive been training it too much! But I like to, anyways Im almost outta Victory Road, it is quite easy just like in R/S...
 
There is more than just a new champion. Two of the elite four changed one pokemon. Sydney has a Crawdaunt instead of a sharpedo. Drako has a Kingdra instead of a second Flygon. The other pokemon are the same as the ones on Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire
 
Yeah,I wouldn't worry to much their pokemon haven't changed to much.
