Who Would Be Your Starter in Real Life?

Hmm, there are a lot of cool starters to choose from out there. I think, out of the twelve available, that I would choose Cyndaquil. This Pokemon is my favourite starter. Also, that fact that I prefer fire type starters makes the choice a cinch.
 
Turtwig. I just adore the little Turtle. Especially when it evolves.

Either that or Sneasel. I just love the Sneasel family, and I think of it as.. Well, sneaky, and quick, as well as elegant.

I would want to be the different one.

Most people would have charmander or dratini for the big dragon :)
 
Charmander. I wouldn't be able to wait for it to become a Charizard, so I could ride it.
 
I think Charmageddon is right, most trainers do start with common Pokemon, the game protagonists do just have the advantage to know a generous Pokemon professor who possesses the rare Pokemon called starters.
So considering that Magikarp as a starter wouldn't be too useful, i would probably go with a Rattata, it's just the classical 'realistic starter' pokemon, and it's pretty strong for a Pokemon obtained that easily and early.
 
Given the opportunity, I'd pick Shedinja simply as a companion. I probably wouldn't be going on a regular adventure to become a great Pokemon trainer, I'd aim for becoming a traveling photographer like Todd.

Starter: Torchic is so cute, powerful, etc..... Although, Piplup is too.... hmmm.....

Non-Starter: PIchu maybe? I dunno, it isn't very powerful...but t's cute! :P

Non-Pokemon: I've kind of made a POkemon out of my blanket, so that...my Blanket, named Blankey! He's Psychic. (:P, blankets)
 
gligar as it is easy to raise and is well worth it when it evolves in to gliscor
 
If I had to choose in real life what pokemon I'd get, I would want an Unown. They fasinated me so much...
Unfortunatly, my parents would get me something simple like a Sentret. (No offence to all the Sentret fans out there.) Though in the end, it's evoled form, Furret, would make a good friend on cold winter days.....

For my actual starter Pokemon, I would choose Squirtle or Treecko. :D

Non-starter would obviously be Eevee or Mankey. Why I like Mankey so much, I don't know. XD
 
Considering that they probably won't hand out that Treecko that I really really want as a starter, I'd have to do with one of the coolest bugs ever, Surskit! That'd be just plain awesome.
 
If it counts then: Celebi. ZOMG that thing is so adorable (and who doesnt want a time traveling pixie?)

If it has to be a starter then Cyndaquil or Squirtle. Squirtle is just so cute (I actually try to not evolve it.) and Cyndaquil is also so cute (plus I dont have a problem with its evolutions(especially Typhlosion), not like all the other starters where I just prefer to keep it at frst stage.).

If it has to be some "realistic starter" then I choose Pidgey (if it IS a realistic starter) because well.... I happen to like pidgeotto better than its other evolutions (pidgeot just kinda ruins the chain in my opinion). I mean those feathers on its head that go back are awesome. Plus I just plain like its design better.
 
Out of the starters? Either Cyndaquil or Bulbasaur.

Any pokemon? A sneasel or a pikachu.
 
I'd pick an Eevee and then evolve him to Flareon. =D
 
I always did asked for a Grimer as my Starter Pokemon

Hmm, it would either be Growlithe, Chimchar, Bagon, Trapinch, or maybe even Riolu!

... Uh, I pick Growlithe! C'mon here, boi! <3
